Solution Focused Hypnotherapy provides clients with a supportive framework to re-direct their lives in a new and positive direction. Clients are provided with lifelong tools to create sustainable and lasting change in their lives long after treatment has finished. Unlike other therapies Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can produce positive results in a short time-frame. Clients are supported by the therapist to take charge and direct their own recovery.​

How does hypnotherapy work?

​Before working one-to-one with clients I like to undertake a free initial consultation for half an hour so that we can meet and discuss your needs and treatment goals. At this appointment I explain how the brain works, how it can cause us to feel the way we do and how hypnotherapy can positively impact the neuroscience of the brain.

Appointments use a combination of therapeutic approaches. These are combined with trance (deep relaxation) in order to capitalise on currently scientific understanding of how the brain works, to bring about sustainable improvement for the client. 

I offer 1 to 1 appointments in person or online via Zoom.

All initial consultations are free and last for 30 minutes.
